THE STORY BEHIND ARIANO
Founded in 2007 by Italian-born restaurateur and family man Mario Pecoraro, Ariano was born from a love of good food, quality ingredients, and gathering around the table. After owning and managing a renowned restaurant and café on Park Avenue in New York City, Mario brought that same passion for food and hospitality to Ariano. Today, our organic extra virgin olive oil is made in California’s San Joaquin Valley, while our balsamic vinegars are produced in Modena, Italy.
