We want you to love your Ariano purchase. If you need to make a return, we're happy to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

-Unopened and unused

-Sealed and in their original condition

-In their original packaging

-Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide instructions for completing your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original method of payment.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and post it to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We'll work with you to make it right, including providing a replacement or refund when appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on food products. If you'd like a different item, please return your eligible unopened item and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

Any items specifically marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
